The office is closed on all federal holidays and during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. Extended hours are available by appointment during the March application deadline period.
Directions & Parking
The Foundation office is located in the Magnolia Professional Center at 1280 Magnolia Avenue in downtown Sarasota. The building is situated on the east side of Magnolia Avenue between Ringling Boulevard and Fruitville Road, approximately two blocks south of the Sarasota County Courthouse.
By Car: Free visitor parking is available in the surface lot behind the building, accessible from the alley off Second Street. Additional metered street parking is available along Magnolia Avenue and on adjacent cross streets. The Foundation validates parking for visitors at the Second Street garage for appointments lasting longer than one hour.
By Bus: SCAT Bus Route 17 (Downtown Circulator) stops at Magnolia Avenue and Ringling Boulevard, one block north of our building. Route 11 (Bee Ridge) stops at Main Street and Links Avenue, approximately a four-minute walk.
Accessibility: The building is fully ADA accessible, with ground-floor entry, an elevator to Suite 340, and accessible restroom facilities. Service animals are welcome. If you require any additional accommodations for your visit, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.
